Acquisition of E&M Power

D&V Electronics is pleased to share exciting news regarding the acquisition of E&M Power, located in Binghamton, New York. E&M Power is a leading provider of test equipment for the design and manufacturing of inverters and batteries for electric and hybrid vehicles applications.

With the addition of E&M products, D&V’s enhanced product line will include testing equipment for all components of the electric and hybrid vehicle powertrain. The combined product portfolio will also provide testing solutions to customers in aerospace and marine electrification markets. D&V will also continue to be a leading supplier of starter and alternator testing systems, including ISGs and BSGs. In combination with our corporate parent company, Motorcar Parts of America, Inc., D&V has locations throughout the world – providing engineering, logistics, sales and support capabilities. The combined experience and engineering strength of D&V and E&M Power greatly enhances our leadership position in the industry, with state-of-the-art testing system technologies and the most innovative and intuitive solutions.
